How We Price

It's not about your revenue. It's about your workload.

Two businesses with the same revenue can take very different amounts of time to keep clean. These are the factors that actually move the price.

01

Monthly transaction volume

Every deposit, charge, and transfer that needs to be categorized and reconciled.

02

Number of accounts

Each bank account, credit card, and processor (Stripe, Square, PayPal) is a separate reconciliation.

03

Payroll complexity

Number of employees, pay cycles, multi-state payroll, and contractor 1099s.

04

Cash vs. accrual basis

Accrual accounting requires more ongoing work than cash-basis bookkeeping.

05

Systems in use

Single system (QuickBooks-only) vs. multiple platforms that need to be reconciled against each other.

06

Support & response level

Email-only support vs. dedicated same-week or priority access.

Common Questions

Before you reach out

I already have a bookkeeper, why would I need this?

Most bookkeepers record what happened. This work is about helping you understand what it means and what to do next, that's the difference between bookkeeping and financial clarity.

What if I don't know my transaction count?

No problem. On your discovery call, we'll pull your last bank and credit card statement together (or you can do this instead), that alone tells us which tier fits.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. As your transaction volume, accounts, or team grow, we'll simply move you up to the next tier, no penalty, no re-signing a new contract.

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month. Annual commitments receive a discount, but nothing locks you in.
