How this flexes by organization type: Nonprofit Executive Directors typically need the board-reporting and audit-readiness features most. Church leadership tends to prioritize donor accountability and internal controls over grant tracking. Mission organizations often land in Confidence regardless of transaction volume, due to multi-currency and international compliance needs, and organizations with especially complex, multi-entity, or international structures beyond Confidence are welcome to reach out for a custom quote. Your discovery call will confirm the right fit, not just the numbers.

How We Price

It's not about your budget size. It's about your compliance load.

Two organizations with the same annual budget can require very different amounts of oversight. These are the factors that actually move the price.

01

Monthly transaction volume

Every deposit, donation, and disbursement that needs to be categorized and reconciled.

02

Number of accounts

Each bank account, card, and donor-processing platform is a separate reconciliation.

03

Fund & grant complexity

Restricted vs. unrestricted funds, and the number of grants requiring separate compliance reporting.

04

Multi-currency / international

Foreign exchange, intercompany transfers, and cross-border compliance for mission organizations.

05

Audit & board requirements

Annual audit preparation and board meeting attendance are real time commitments, priced accordingly.

06

Staffing model

Volunteer-run vs. staffed finance function changes how much oversight and training is needed.

Common Questions

Before you reach out

Our treasurer already handles this, why do we need outside help?

A volunteer treasurer is valuable, but internal controls and audit-readiness improve significantly with an outside, experienced set of eyes reviewing the books every month. It protects the treasurer as much as the organization.

We're too small to need this, is that really true?

Smaller organizations are often at the highest risk, precisely because there isn't a full finance team to catch errors. The Foundations plan exists for exactly this size of organization.

Do you work with denominational or funder-specific reporting formats?

Yes, bring your denomination's or funder's required format to the discovery call, and we'll confirm how it fits into your plan.

Is there a contract?

Plans are month-to-month. Annual commitments receive a discount, but nothing locks you in.
